I wouldnt have the whole day and also my bike has a weak piston which I intend to replace this month or next month so please try and keep this G2G shorter. I think it would be fine for upto 50kms one way and then some off roading.

Raj - the place you showed in the map looks inviting. You joininng in rite?

Sagar, I don't think those road tyres would be able to provide any grip whatsoever once offroad for the power your bike is generating and Congrats on the new drive.

i would like to call it a wheelie bike or phat phatiya even a 4 year old can pop a wheelie on that ..

I was going to go and tank up my bike. But was too lazy. Anyways since its used sparingly, wouldnt effect me. I wish the hike was tomorrow midnight as tomorrow afternoon am getting my new car delivery

see carefully .. i said , even a child can pop a wheelie but i didnt mention about balancing it thats your own risk ..

btw i am sure the furrious guy WILL be FURIOUS if that bike gets a scratch apart from all the scratches it has

Raj, the trial looks inviting. Did you go there? I am ready to go, but I may have to go to vijayawada. So, I am doubtful for the ride. We will do it next time.

If you remember, few weeks ago I called your for a photowalk along with the folks at HPC in that area. I/we parked our vehicles near the temple and went by foot. Again, last Saturday me and two other friends(one of whom bought a new EOS1000) went there for a photowalk. During the last visit, the route was all muddy and we tried taking our bikes through that route and decided against it as we were bit tired and it was getting late in the evening. So could not complete it.

No, I am not joining you guys though I would love to join you all. I have a very important event at Nalgonda, for which I am the host on Sunday.

@all, I never did an off-road ride, so I am not sure whether that trail is an ordinary one or a difficult one. But one thing is for sure, making all the bikes go across will be fun especially with the mud and slush flying around

Its not a complete Off-Raod G2G, Off road is just a part of it. You may not do if you dont wish, But I hope you can atleast ride.

There are two ways to reach that place.
1. Balanagar >> Jeedimetla >> Airforce Academy >> Narsapur
2. New Bowenpally >> Alwal >> Jeedimetla >> Airforce Academy

Route 1 isnt that gr8 at few patched between Balanagar & Jeedimetla, and Route 2 is on NH7 for almost 10kms (Kompally/Medchal Road). I prefer Bowenpally Route for nice road.

Meetpoint: Cineplanet, Kompally has been our regular meetpoint for this route.
