Hey even I had been there yesterday, the crowd was maddening. Didn't enjoy tha trip at all.

I too went near the Gandipet. After seeing the maddening crowd, I alerted a couple of colleagues who were planning the trip. AFter that, I extended my ride and found a new place and route, which is simply awesome with breathtaking scenery.

yes u have heard it right.. went there yesterday.. it was so much crowded that u need to park ur vehicle almost 1km away.. and even police people were unable to control the traffic..

I too went there....saw too much of traffic and one of the cop said that the gates were closed...so we turned back.....tried to go offroad and reach the banks, but my bikes rear was sliding too much to control.....came back dissappionted

Wow Ravi, looks like a lovely green and peaceful place - how far from Gandipet and is that on the road to AH? or on the other side? ocean park etc route?

Hmmm seems tempting very tempting , when do we go there next ?

I am eagerly waiting to go again. Though the roads look tempting, going beyond 60 kmph is not advisable as they are village roads.

@Kiran - I think the place and road can be best enjoyed on a Bicycle

@bobby_wish - I think there shouldn't be a problem if you have all the papers along with the NOC. In anycase, it all depends on your luck. If the cops want to fleece some bucks, they will irrespective of you abiding to all the rules. But then there are some good cops too.

Basic Riding gear is OK for city G2Gs like Helmet, gloves and jacket..
additoanl gear is welcomed if you want to.

Guys, need your help. I am looking for an Xide or Amco battery for my Karizma, the older model. It seems to be out of stock at most of the places. Can someone help find one? I need it ASAP. My bike has been lying around without it. Help pls!!

That is the problem right now I only have a Helmet with me...

I forgot my gloves in my native place in a hurry to catch the train!!! and I haven't bought a riding jackek till now I have been using my leathers instead
