I've planned on a Solo ride to Vemulawada tomorrow. So, I guess I can meet a few of you guys at Tirumalgiri in the morning. I'll be there at around 6:00 AM. How do I recognize you guys BTW?
I'll be riding my Discover125 (Black-Blue).

You'll see only few people on the road who care for their heads. Now that you know the place, It's easy to spot us

Looks like a Gixxer. But difficult to make out whether it was a litre bike or a 600. Wonder if he was wearing safety gear? Hope he makes it through.

there is an ARAI helmet lying over there dont know whether he was wearing it or not at that time.

Ride Plan for tomorrow!

Hope to get a good turn around as everyone was waiting to go for a ride

Vinnu just called up and suggested a different route to Toopran which goes via Shamirpet...
He has been to the route very recently and said that the route is totally green and beautiful

Destination: Toopran @ some Dhaba for Breakfast
Meet Point: Thrimulgerry Cross road
Meet Time: 6:00am

Interested guys can go towards Pocharam reservoir and come back via Narsapur/NH7 which makes this a more longer ride

*** I might sound rude BUT No Helmet - You will not allowed to ride along with us (Applicable to Pillions too) ***

Just checked your message now Koushik, thanks for the thoughtfulness though.
Got back an hour ago from the ride. The roads were very good, though 4-laning is in progress till Siddipet. However, the real fun was from Siddipet to Vemulawada. The temple didn't really have that architectural mesmerism you'd normally associate with a temple that's almost a millennium old.

I reached Tirumalgiri at 6:30, woke up a little late. Couldn't find anyone there. So, went my way.
Saw a couple of Apaches and P220s on the way back, near Shamirpet, but was pretty sure it wasn't someone from here, cos none of them had helmets and two of the bikes had two pillions each.

Missed the meet

Sorry guys i missed the meet as i planned to ride to Bidar & left home by 5. By the time i crossed the JBS it was just 5.30. It was a nice a ride with less traffic. Road was good till sangareddy & few bad patches after that. I visisted the Gurudwara & also the bidar fort. Rode back quick & was in home by 2. Will try to catch up for the next meet.

Seems like every one hit the road today eh

Well me and two friends went towards Zahirabad, to meet my friends parents It was a short ride, and for the first time i didnt ride. My broken hand started acting up Still hurts..

Anyways, i was pillion and man did i miss riding Never the less i had a camera and my hand and i was goin nuts with it

It was amazing...roads were just too good. Greenery all over. Also visited Mallela Theeratam water falls, loads of ppl were bathing in there, 'The Naked Idiots'

But all in all it was great.

Its a place after zahirabad, called Chota Hyderabad, have to do a bit of riding through fields and some remote villages to get there But it was not flowing to its potential
