I m in for next sunday's event.. It'll start at 10 am. Details are already up..there's a special thread running for the same in this section only..

I hope we all should meet up at a certain point and go for the event together. That'll certainly create a nice impression and also will be good for people who dont know JVPD grounds. What say guys?

The details of the All India Passion Hunt mega event which took place in Pune on 15/02/09:
1)Riders had to make maximum number of 8s in a given time of 2 minutes to qualify first round.
2)In round 2, four riders have to do 'slow' riding and 10 seconds was the penalty for touching the foot on the ground or crossing the lines. Slowest rider would qualify for round 3.
3)Total 20 riders qualified for round 3.Third & final round was Slalom riding.
Next venue for the Search for India's Most Passionate biker:
22nd Feb 09
10am onwards at JVPD Ground, Near Shopper's Stop, Next to Rithambhara College, Army Road, IMA, Juhu, Vile Parle(W), Mumbai-49

Motor..I'll call u after some time.. a lill busy right now...

^^ Well it's not that easy but it depends on the bike too.. Initially me and Darkknight were worried whether we'll be able to do it on R15s or not but then Anirude proved us wrong by showing good control over the bike. If u practice it advance as u just now said, it'll be a bit easier for u. For us,yesterday, the case was different. We didnt have any idea about what rounds are there and what not..

Errrr...can't say in meters or feet yaar.. No idea..but it's good enough to take a turn if u go wide enough.. If u go very close to the bar u'll lose balance and also it's totally unpredictable because u never know when u hit a stone and lose balance. A small stone is good enough for our R15's tyres.

My blog n pics are almost ready and m posting it in a couple of minutes. My pics will giv u a better idea about the entire event. So check them out when I post them.

I think I should first try on tarred-roads to gain the confidence and skill. Then I will try on mud, have a playground closeby.
