I prefer using JVLR... really bad roads at Aarey..

Yeah, even after having a toll booth their. Sometimes I wonder if the toll booth is official or is someone just making money off it.

Anyone knows a good tapri/dhaba/cafe on NH8? planning a breakfast ride to charoti on Saturday. Anyone willing to join is welcome. Will be starting from Thane.

1. Kamat's = Nearly 45km
You have to go below the Bridge After Virar.
I don't think You'll like to have Breakfast so soon

2. Kamat's = Nearly 70km.
On Your side while you're heading towards Charoti
Ac + Pure Veg

3. Hotel Mountain = Some 85km
Run by Muslim people but Pure Veg
If you're in mood of good lite food. You might love Dosa there.
On other side you so you have look at the big baord and then have to cross the road.
Good tasty food for good price

4. Hotel Ahura = Some 115km.
14km After Charoti Chowk
On your side so you can spot easily
Non-Veg Hotel + Beer / Daaru facitility also
Non-Veg is Awesome. Specially Chicken Kolhapuri.
Beer starts from 150rs (Fosters) to 250rs (Kingfigher Ultra)
And it does worth going the Extra 14km after Charoti

And many other hotel in between but who knows what they hold


Note : All the Kilometer Reading are from Dahisar Check Naka. So count the meter from your Thane Location if you're using the kilometer I Posted.

Hey i live at virar and have never seen Kamat here. If you have visited can you share the place on gmap? As the nearest kamat is at manor(Durves) while going to charoti and another one below the bridge at manor phata

Yes I think its the same. That's the reason I did not added much info about it and tried that he also avoid it. I'm new in Maharashtra so did not knew that place.
