    Those people who tell you not to take chances
    They are all missing on what life is about
    You only live once so take hold of the chance
    Don't end up like others the same song and dance

        There is no problem with a 150cc bike, the ride is hardly 100kms one way.... and any 150cc bike can sustain that. Make sure you have your papers in place and bike in proper condition. I would suggest you to wear some kind of full sleeve jacket (either a rainy one or windcheater), invest a bit on some minimum protection, its for your safety/good. Get a pair of gloves if possible, and you can wear any kind of boots (any kind of boots/shoes), but no chappals/floaters.

        What I want to convey is there should be no flesh seen (its good to cover your body while riding, coz on two wheels you are already risking a lot), I hope you understand.
        Between.... where do you stay??

        I m struggling to find some good helmets glowes etc here for so long.
        But yarr im a long way from panvel itself ,im at goregoan.BTW is there any one near, in mum?

        Cheers

                        @MG:

                        Thanks for the information and guidelines for proper riding. Your every line is taken into consideration and we will adhere to them right from our next ride.
                        Me, Niranjan & Inder had a very long discussion on this, and we have come upon a viable solution to end these casualties on every ride.
                        I (or Motorbreath) will be the leader for Mumbai group and either Niranjan or Inder(inder.cool) will be leading the Pune group.

                        We need to have a new thread for discussing the ride on 5th Oct 08 to Lonavala. So should I go ahead and make a new thread ?

                        We will communicate each and every xBhp Mum-Pune rider about this in the upcoming rides.

                        With this safe practise coming into action, we think the rides from now will be a lot more safer and "casualty-free".

                          The sole purpose of any ride is to have fun and spend quality time with like minded peoples.Any casualty takes all the fun away.

                            Heppy Bday! Mutleys back

                            MG: Most of us always follow the rules.... infact thats precisely why during our rainy malshej ride I started to lead the gang downhill! I am not sure on what happened this time though, but I am sure Chetan and Inder have pretty smart heads on their shoulders

                              Thx for the checklist MG.

                              The biggest problem in implementation and adhering to the list i guess is if nyone breaks the rules the others follow him.

                              @Satyen: Whos bday is it bro?

                              @Happy: Welome back bro. Wazzup howz u man?

                                @chetan: If you are startin a new thread, please put Cafe Coffee Day, Chandni Chowk as the meeting point for the 5th Oct 2008 ride.

                                @Super Moderator : Thanks for the pointers!!! I hope everyone who is readin this understands the reason why discipline and self control has to be exercised...believe me, there is nothin puts one off than seein your fellow rider have a nasty incident.

                                @Inder: Keep your room ready
                                Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.
