What I suggest is.. most of the riders riding for this G2G are first timers and wouldn't be able to arrange the knee-pads in such a short-time. So let them come for the 1st time(ONLY).. am sure they would be responsible for their own deeds.

+1.....because i have seen many xBHP guys complaining about heat, etc and not wearing gear.

But i would still STRESS on buying the cheap skating knee/elbow pads for 200-300, they would atleast provide some safety and save them from scratching etc in case of falls.

@all seniors: Can anyone provide rough confirmation that we'll be back in mumbai by 1.00 pm ? If it gets late (say beyond 3-4 pm) for any reasons, can one be allowed to head back home alone in urgency? Just asking because I'v a cousin's engagement to attend by 5-6 pm.

MItz bro, Most of the members would not prefer to stay back that late in hot summer days. If not all, most of the people would be back in mumbai by 3-4 p.m. I personally would be, back as i have a friend's wedding to attend.

And if you have enough riding experience(solo trips, etc) they you can return back alone but it would not be suggested or encouraged.

I myself would never prefer to leave the group until & unless its extremely necessary.. But this sounds pretty comfortable to me because I could stretch my time upto 3-4 pm easily.

PS: Have done a few trips of 200-300 kms but none was with any kind of gear (except gloves & helmet)so managed easily. This would be my 1st actual safe ride for long distance.. Tried all the gear at home, was feeling roasted already, but I bet we'll b fine once on road
