Malshej is around 100+ KM from Thane. Youn need to catch Mumbai-Nashik highway & ride till Kalyan phata. Then take a right & ride on the NH222, it will take you to malshej.
Guy I had a request. If ppl have see "Rab Ne Bana De Jodi", the song in which there is a lake was shot at malshej. If u remember from tht song there is white temple in the scene, this was a set made of POP. Due to the carelessness of the production house, the set was not disposed properly. The remains of the set are scattred all over the place and the small POP particles mix in the water of the lake and thus polute it. Ive been to the lake two time & its the white ashes of POP present there jst make the place look patheteic.
I guess itz time tht we all come together & clean this mess. I would really appreciate if ppl are willin to help me in cleaning up the place.

It was really ridiculous & utterly irresponsible on the part of the team yaaar.
Last time wen Me, shiva & anup went to the lake went to the lake we thought tht some villagers dumped this rubbish here. Then wen i saw the movie i realised tht itz the same Malshej lake but i was not able to figure out where the Temple came from. Wen I went there yesterday the whole picture was complete, it was a set & the dismantled ruins of it were all over the place. Me and my friend tried to clean it but it was gettin dark & didnt want to be stuck in a unknown place with a girl with me, not safe.
I jst want to clean tht place. I really love it beyond ur wildest imagination.
@All: Thx for supportin. We need more ppl for this & a action plan.
