      I am working on Friday, also my phone (which I dropped yesterday) should be alive by wednesday... so I guess will leave in evening... would love to have company!

      Have you done that strip before? I am kinda having trouble to find the Non Expressway to Pune on that road map!

      Is this road map correct....

      Anyone else joining?

        How are the roads man? Youve been there on hampi... My folks are adamant about me NOT doing it as they say the stretch is not so good
        Road from Mumbai-Hubli-Bangalore is BUTTER to ride on... but if you are taking a turn towards Hampi, get ready for a lil off roading... coz nxt 150 or so kms. are gonna be a... "Essel world me rahunga mai, ghar nai jaunga mai" kinda ride... full of potholes n speedbreakers... n it'll tire u like anything. I just got frustrated n my bike was flying for say 100 kms. n I was standing, literally @ 100-110 kmph...

        P.S: Try Google maps on ur mobile. leave the expressway n take a turn to NH4, n then it'll guide you on NH4 from there onwards... Hav fun , RIDE SAFE!

          @Satyen...

          i have done Pune Mumbai strech many times...In the map i can see you had marked your way from the expressway,Dude bikes are not allowed in the expressway.Though there is a common strech near by Lonavala..where we can ride @ expressway.

          So for ur journey till pune, you need to stick with the NH4...!!!

            if not than it's a very easy route just keep on going straight from panvel-rasayani-khopoli-lonavla-talegaon-after talegaon 12 kms you get a big right turn ...thats the route you need to take.
            All road directions are clear & precise so no isuues

              He he he I know the route man..... what i meant was that I am facing a problem in plotting it on Google Maps! he he he

              Also i had updated the link


              The plan for now is to leave by Friday evening and reach by Saturday Noon.... leave by Sunday Noon and be back by Monday Noon.... so technically i need off from Saturday to Monday!
