I have 2 bottles (1 ltr each) of Mobil 1 10w40 Fully synthetic oil. Want to sell both of them on urgent basis as i am shifting abroad.Replace the words "I have to" with "I choose to" and notice the difference in how you feel.

Re: The Official Nasik Offline Meet(G2G) Thread
Hello folks!
I am riding to Nashik tomorrow from Thane, and shall be returning day after. The purpose of the trip? I was born in, and spent the first 10 years of my life in Nashik, and have spent the next 10 years in Mumbai. I haven't visited Nashik since the past 5 years and wanted to see what the city is like now. I intend to spend half the day riding through the city tomorrow, exploring the places that were earlier familiar (I've forgotten nearly everything about the city now, just have a few vague images in my head). I am planning to shift to Bangalore in about a month, so I tried my best and managed to get leave for this short quickie tomorrow (this Saturday is an off for me).
Now here are my queries :-
1) Are there any good riding gear stores in Nashik that I could visit for just a little chat-up and to pass a little time?
2) I am free on Saturday morning. I don't exactly have any plans. I want to get back to Nashik by lunchtime though. Dad said I should visit Bhandardara, so I'm considering that. Is there any better destination anyone can suggest as regards good roads and lovely twisties for some cornering action? (I just changed the rear tyre of my CBR 150R to a Michelin Pilot Street Radial yesterday :P)
3) If anyone is headed for a ride on Saturday morning, maybe we could meet up too!

Maximum cornering fun you'll get in kasara ghats especially while going back to Mumbai. Other than that no place for proper cornering around nsk imho
Till i left nashik there were no proper shop for riding gears..
But i guess now there's not sure just heard about it.. It's around mahatma nagar or the college road area.
Check with local people.
I'll suggest you to go to bapu pool bridge in evenings time nice place to hang around
Plus lot of bird watching can be done
City is as usual cramped.. But you can go to raviwar karnja for famous pineapple juice and then budhwar peth for fresh milk pedhas and jalebi.
If you are big fan of missal then you can hit up sadhana resturant in satpur area and further go to backwaters of gangapur dam on the way you'll get sula and york vineyards. You'll find alot of places around college road to spend some time.
Inshort go to 3 places
1. Panchvati / Ramkund / Raviwar Karanja can be connected together..
2. Backwaters of gangapur dam..
3. College Road or else anjneri side (the trimbak road)
These will cover almost 80-90 % of nashik
Lastly see you in Banglore
Happy to find another Nashikar in blr [emoji23]sigpic
Who needs a stereo when you've got a throttle ? :p

I wanted to do just that. But I have to bring a keyboard (the musical instrument and not the computer peripheral) and I cannot risk anyone else handling it. Hence, I'm forced to send the bike by rail. (I don't want to risk anyone else handling her either, but that's a price I have to live with). :POriginally posted by vivek7593 View PostSorry man..

I just got the bike packed at the Parcel Office in Kalyan. The bike will be shipped tonight itself. I shall be coming by flight tomorrow afternoon and will have to collect the bike the day after in the morning! And then it's time for some riding around the city and exploring!

I caught a flight today, and reached BLR at 2 p.m.Originally posted by vivek7593 View PostGood luck for journey!
Btw where you'll be working or staying?
I'm staying somewhere at Sarjapur Road, pretty close to Ivy Park. My office is somewhere near Indira Nagar Metro station, have yet to confirm where exactly it is.
But then, since I'm to be part of an Assurance Team conducting audits of various companies etc, I won't be going to office often!
Anyway, I'm going to collect my bike from SBC tomorrow morning. Then it's time to get exploring!
I'm free on Sunday morning in-case you wanna meet-up. But beware! I'm an introvert so making conversations is going to be a bit awkward in the beginning! :P xD

I went to Nandi Hills today. The ride was ~165 kms in total. Met a fellow xBhpian by the name of Harshit with his CBR 250R and a friend of his, Kedar (not on xBhp) with his Duke 200 on one of the hairpins on the descent from Nandi Hills. Had a good chat with them and then returned back. I'm starting to love B'lore already!
