@GP-Freak : As such the track is booked atleast for 300 days out of the 365 days... THe track is really busy these days.... so you see, if a two day event has to be planned, it has to done with a group of atleast 15 - 20 motivated people to start something like that.... If we start planning now, we can probably have this event sometime during december or jan.......

One important thing to keep in mind is, its your first day on track, Do not push yourself. Pushing will only lead to crash. Try learning how your bike behaves, feel the track, understand the braking points. Its important because, when riding in track, you will be breaching a territory which neithor you nor your bike has seen before during normal commuting. start braking early when coming to corner from straights. Especially C2,C4,C8,C10 are the corners which requires some extra attention.. Other important points are, stop trying to overtake, give way for faster bikes,especially when some one is overtaking you, don't try to speed up. These points will really help.:-) Am still following most of them

Well i kinda have a first hand experience of pushing on my very first track day and having a bad taste, that is the reason why i hesitate and want people who know their way around the track to help me this time. The previous meet was simply rowdy with people using absolutely no lines whatsoever.

Back to chennai in R15

It was long due for me to do a long ride; nothing comes better then riding back to Chennai from Kolkata. This time i had a company to ride along with me; his name is Gibran a fellow xbhpian from Kolkata. It was he who planned this ride as he wanted to mod his bike in Bangalore.
