Route and plan will be finalized at least 3 days before ride. As of now, meeting point is Kothamangalam as suggested.

I see the cash amount has been quoted by dilip bro..!! And Vineesh , please contact me through FB, will need to talk to you about the ride plan , I have no other source to contact with you. Since you are from trisur, you will be riding with us(few others from trichur) till cochin and then we join as a pack.

Can anybody please confirm if AutoQueen, EKM will be open on Sundays?

It will be very helpful if anyone could ask them and tell me if they have Cramster Breezer jackets in stock.

Please let me know if anyone is going there or will be at EKM on this Sunday.

I think auto queen is closed on sunday.

And most probably they will have the breezer with them. They keep a lot of that in stock. Oter DSG jackets and a* jackets will also be there.

BTW, DJ helmets are having Spartan helio0s in their shop. Size L i think. Do have a look, it's the one with knox armor so the cost might be 6300/-

BTW, DJ helmets will be open on Sundays?

Oh..!! The first time i was to go to auto queen i had called Sabu(not babu) and he had told me that sundays the shop will not be open, i guess they have changed that. Not sure if DJ is open on sundays.

Hmm. Was looking into Helios and Cramster Breezer 4.0. Settled for Cramster as I can only afford to spend that much. An extra 1 K spent on Helios can be used in buying a knee guard. I think Breezer too has armors for elbow and shoulder. I guess @sac.919 can confirm this as he is using Breezer 4.0.

And yes it could be Sabu, but I heard it Babu. Will confirm when I meet him. :P

Well, yes both have elbow and shoulder armor. both are CE rated too. But the difference is that helios has KNOX armor , they are world class quality and light weight too. Moreover the helios has better materials used to build it that Cramster, so the higher price.
I have heard that cramster is refreshed the design of its new knee pads, do check that out, the old one's are pretty boring.
And we have a lot of guys using breezer in our kerala group itself. Many have upgraded though.

Haha, it is sabu. No need to confirm..:-P

I was there yesterday, also went to DJ helmet to get a visor for my ls2.

@krish2778 I understand. But the problem here is my financial status. Too cringed to shell out 1K more as I desperately need the knee guard, as i don't have the money to buy riding pants as of now.

I may not even ride to EKM on coming Sunday, just to save the fuel expenses.

I need to change my gloves too as they are torn now. But I will be changing it only by next month, again owing to the money factor.

But if the knee guard there is of old stock I might forgo it and choose a glove instead.

May be I will upgrade to Hyperion after one year. I hope Breezer protects me till then.

Breezer should do fine for more than 2-3 years if taken care properly..!!!

Yep. Now I've decided to go for Helios and will wait till SPG comes up with a knee guard. I will be buying online as the ekm showroom won't open on Sundays.
