Question 6v HID - Help Me Sourcing

I have a Bullet STD 1980 Model, I was planning to put a H3 HID into a spot light bcz the distance stock headlight throws is not satisfactory.

So can anyone help me sourcing a H3 HID of 6v preferably in Bangalore??
I tried in couple of shops but couldn't find any.

Yeah, but neither the HID's were made then for automotive. Never heard of 6V HID, have you?

Better rewind the coil to get 12V!

I have an idea .
Put a step up transformer (which will step up from 6V to 12V) just before the HID's ballast.
