        Abhijeet is right, ONB can be compared to that of around 75-80w normal bulb. 90/100w is definitely a step ahead specially when compared to Philips Rally Vision.

        Regarding Bullet, ball is in Dad's court to decide. And this weekend I will give back Bullet to Dad. Enough of thumping

            Not exactly fueling yar. I am getting around 33kmpl in Bullet and 40kmpl in Unicorn. Pain is to ride in Bangalore city, major drawback is it doesn't ve self start which sometimes is very big pain.

                bro.. the place where he stays is a IT hub so it is always pain to ride..

                for 25kms from my office to his home it will take more than an hour & half.. & I hardly get Mileage cos I am always with in first 3 gears.

                      ACDC Stator Coil - 1690
                      Wiring Kit - 550
                      Battery Box - 295
                      AC regulator - 303
                      Ignition Coil - 375
                      Spark Plug Cable - 113
                      CB point - 330
                      ACDC Bush - 24
                      RR Unit - 560
                      Battery - 1000
                      Common Ket set - 585
                      LH Switch - 405
                      Bulbs - 120

                      He has not mentioned anything about Magnet

                      What for is the CB point !!

                            Ok, going ahead with that?

                            Hey, why cant we use the APE RR and wind the whole poles with a 19g and make it full DC. Cost will be 1100/- RR+ 500=1600 for coil rewinding against the suggested coil 1690+ AC regltr 303+ RR 560=2553? I think its possible here too. Be the first who converted to full dc using APE RR.

                              And how about starting the bike ? I don't think it has any thing called CDI !!

                              Trying to convince Dad to go ahead with it bcz that is the only place where I can do some DIY

                                Its got a capacitor and the so called CB point to do that. Its the first CDI system in most of the bikes that times AFAIK

                                I still believe that will work here too.
