have talked with the SVC but they close early and couldnt go on weekends due to family emergency...will keep this thread updated as n when i visit them...thnx for asking.....

Finally found time to get the bike to SVC last weekend..they didnt have insurance claim forms...couldnt even download from the Bajaj Allianz site...the url is configured wrong (Thats the IT guy in me talking)...Mr Bajaj are u lissening???
well anyways got the form...filled it and sent the bike ytd to the svc...surveyor coming in today...front rim is damaged and the forks are out...guy there said about 80% charges will be covered... Thnx satyen for ur help ....
