Well the idea of riding and exploring, in Andhra's heat for 4 days, is physically demanding. But there's no fun in exploring a hill station post summer. Gave a thought and started planning for this trip. Checked the weather for Labor Day long weekend and found good chances of rain. Checked with local people and HV Kumar forum for highway conditions, finalized on destinations and route, booked accommodation and prepared the bike.
The Plan-
28th April- Hyd- Anathapur-Kadiri- Horsley Hills, Check in at Horsley Hills Cottage - 532 Kms
29th April- Explore Horsley Hills thoroughly,
30th April- Horsley Hills - Kadapa - Gandikota Check in at AP Tourism Gandikota resort and explore the famous George. 221 Kms
1st May- Gandikota - Gooty - Hyderabad. 425 Kms

Day 1: Hyderabad - Ananatapur - Kadiri - Horsley Hills
Started in wee hours of morning and all the characters met outside Hyderabad airport at 4:45 AM.
A Guest appearance by "Joe" till Kurnool added flavor to the beginning. Let's photo log do the rest.
On the way to Kurnool we spotted a Fort built in the middle of a river.

From Kurnool onwards "Joe" bid us adieu and we three continued...

We were overwhelmed with scenic route from Kadiri to Horsley Hills.... We could only imbibe the serene backdrop and no way the pictures can do justice to the beautiful Vista...

Wait for remaining snaps of Day1. We crossed Banana Plantations and plucked mangoes from trees on our way. Thoroughly enjoyed the exhilarating hair pins of Horsley Hills and finally reached our destination by dusk.
