I think health wise Stoner is okay this weekend but apparently he had rear grip issues since morning, couldn't push much for pole. He had time to do one more lap but he chose against it coz of a wobble he had earlier.

Can't wait for the race.

Tomorrow is gonna be interesting. Rossi has the advantage. I hope Stoner is feeling better this weekend. And Lorenzo doesn't crash out while pushing.
Apparently Stoner and De Puniet had a heated argument in Free Practice2.
The reason was not disclosed. Yeah I guess De Puniet is again on what he does best . Not offending De Puniet, just kidding. He is a fast rider but just that he needs to be on the bike for the whole race (said by one of the commentators)

Really? What kind of argument if you have any idea? On the track or the pit lane?

But, I am really impressed my RdP this year. Last year he was the gravel tester and this year he has completed all the races and that too with relatively better standings. I think Factory Honda should consider signing RdP now . Regarding his speed, I guess the issue is he is on a satellite bike and they definitely slower than the factory ones.

Check this link: Lorenzo makes statement in Friday practice | The Official MotoGP Website
It says something about the argument but nothing about why it happened

Well, in a very very rare example of good insight, DORNA has decided to scrap the single bike rule from 2010.
Also Dunlop will be the single tyre supplier to the Moto2 series. Far from being a prototype, looks like Moto2 series is gonna be a severely restricted and homogenised competition !! With spec engine and control tyres, the only flexibility teams will have is in chassis design.

In one way its good that specialised body builders like Moriwaki and even Team Kenny Roberts and others, will be able to showcase their abilities. But on the other hand, theres a limit to the amont of innovations that can be done !!

All to ensure there is close racing and pple flock back to MotoGP !!

Also in the premier class race, Rossi is on pole, which is a good thing. But the problem is starts are still a problem for both Rossi and Lorenzo. And two of the best starters on the grid, Pedrosa and Stoner are 2nd and 4th in the line up respectively !! Interestingly this is the first time this season, that Stoner is outside the front row !!

No matter what happens, I'm sure Pedrosa will have one of his rocket propelled starts and will lead the race round 1st corner, with most probably Stoner behind hom !! But Pedrosa is still injured, and we still do not know if he lasts the race distance !! He has already admitted that he got 2nd in qualifying only because he was behind Rossi while Rossi was on a pole charge, thus being assured that
a) he gets a clear path, just ask Lorenzo and Stoner how important that is !!
b) he can maintain a very good pace tucked in rossi's slipstream !!
so, basically his race pace is still not clear yet !!

Its been a trend lately when riders tend to try to "cheat" and get in the slip stream of the rider in front of him to get a good positon !!
It was used by Capirossi in Mugello I guess to get to 2nd, Sete Gibernau tried doing that with Lorenzo last race, where Lorenzo gave him an earful !!

I'm not saying its a bad thing, but it can potentially be dangerious. Imagine the guy in the front decided he isnt going fast enuff and suddenly backed off !!

Also looks like Stoner was pissed off with half the grid yesterday !! He had an argument with RdP, Sete Gibernau and then while going into the pits was pointing frantically at the Suzuki garage !!

Neways, a few hours to go, let the race being !!
Cheers for the 100 !!
