Default India to Thailand: BY ROAD!!!!

Belive it or not guys!!! There are talk of a highway project from the easternmost tip of India to Bangkok through Myanmar. So guys its time we start seeing other places

yes u would require a visa to enter THAILAND...u will require the carnat as well.... i think they will have highway border offices to chk on that....

even i read it in The Tribune today about the highway but it'll take some time to biuld and mpreover who can say there'll be no in ternational disputes before the highway is completed

It is said to be implemented by early or mid 2004.

Yes, a person choosing this route will have to get an international licence, carnat and visas for both Thailand and Myanmar. All this willbe checked at the border checkposts. But i'm sure exploring out of the country on the P180's and ZMA's would be great.[8D]

So guys what do you think about XBHP.com members being the first biker group to kick off this route together. In would earn great popularity and recognition for our community. Something like a peace rally from Delhi to Bangkok. What do you think Sunny?
