I'd say 'smart move'.

By removing the 'costly' Fi equipment, they have reduced the price. And with the 'fastest' hype, a layman thinks he's getting the fastest bike in India at just 70K ex-showroom. Maybe, possible.......

More effect if you are put in the rider seat and someone in pillion, that fellow will surely will have his heart out through his mouth...

If i remember correctly BAjaj speedos in their newer bike like 180 n 200 have a increased error in them by Bajaj , so this 145KMPH thing might also be due to the new "FEATURE' of the speedo . they may or may not give us the fastest bike[220 already is fastest] but they will def. give us the Fastest speedos .

The Carb 220 seems nice but can they make a 133 KMph[Actual not speedo] bike to a 145 one with a Carb ? . i thought a good Fi with good Ecu can increase power . Maybe they read Xbhp and will give K&N and Iridium spitfire/splitfire mumbo jumbo and claim what you guys do from mechanic we will give from factory and ur bike will go till 145 Kmph [im sure there are many who do beleive these things]
