Both these bikes are performance bikes.. IMO you haven't had a feel of the machines coz you have ridden below 50kmph.. Would suggest you to test both the machines again, but at higher speeds before deciding between them.. Will give you a proper feel of whats in store..

My test-ride experience of the YZF-R15 V2.0: http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/news/198...tml#post725556

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back;
and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

I have done touring on her and the longest stretch was from baroda to Mahabaleshwar (hill station) = 800Kms (one side), my height is 5 feet 10 inches and i weight 65 Kg. To be honest, i have no issues with the seating position, yes wrist pain was there, but that doesn't last long, once you are habbituated (in my case it took initial 15-20 days afterwards it was fine and dandy)

Anyway, doing 110km/hr + is a child's play on this bike, braking is top notch (beware brake pad don't last long, in my case i had to change it at 15000 kms.) But as suggested by everyone testdrive both the bikes. Though, in my opinion, test driving a R15 will never give you a clear picture. My think about R15 changed after i had done 5000 kms.
Yo! i said " I didn't find the R15's riding posture too comfy" that means i am not taking sides but frankly giving my opinion. I even PMed you when i was considering the R15 as a potential buy. So chill!!
And just to let you know that you contradict your own statements i have highlighted them.
And yeah i agree that for such bikes as R15 you cannot decide just by a small 2kms test drive but that is how most of us choose our bikes after these discussions; don't we?? if u fall in love with the bike in just those 2kms, buy it. Simple!
