Great review and impeccable write-up Sunny. Seems the whole xbhp family has fallen in love with the Duke 200. And why not. The bike indeed is awesome. The seat looks rather puny though. How comfortable it will be for getting Leh'd with a pillion? I'm 6'2" and I'm quite unsure if the Duke will be really comfortable for me.Motorcycling is an art, not to be confused with insanity.

CBR will definitely have a much better top end and better cruising ability on the highway. No doubt about thatOriginally posted by Samarth 619 View PostAs far as CBR is concerned, it still has a better top end, but owners are getting critical about it (bad paint quality, bad handling, average braking, etc, etc.).
A full review later will answer your queryOriginally posted by HarishK View PostArre bhai, Mileage kya hai?
Both might have the similar top speed. Can't comment it with surity. Only time will tell.Originally posted by vrugonnab View PostDisappointments : top end less than P220??
Duke 200 is not about the top speed that it achieves
Th performance numbers were shared during the Duke presentation so to make the review wholesome we shared the stats with xBhpians.Originally posted by nagoo View Postmay be the performance comparing with CBR and R15 is not justice as all of them different purpose and sections, but its really a true effort to show the best in each bike ..thank u for that.
Please Note:
This is my understanding of the comparison chart shown by Bajaj: The reason why the number are compared with R15 and CBR is because these are the top of the line performance products currently offered in India and like it or not although the bikes are different in many aspects they are going to fight in a similar space.Last edited by MG; 12-08-2011, 10:37 AM.

Pillion seat lenght is small so putting a saddle bag will not be that easyOriginally posted by nelson_sanjoy1 View Post- torque ( Needed for touring with luggage)
- top end (for that open road burst and)
- Would need more than 91 RON because of compression ratio
The pillion seat is small so we need to check how it fares when a pillion seats for a longer period of time.Originally posted by princesirohi View Posti want to see how it looks when there is a pillion along with the rider.
KTM RC8Originally posted by princesirohi View Posthey, which bike model was used for knee knockdown.
As I mentioned earlier this bike is not about top speed. This is naked hooligan so more of a city guy that a highway mile muncher. And don't forget the quality of the product that has been used in this product.Originally posted by vrugonnab View PostCertainly disappointed with top speed number, but hey.. how many bikes can touch rev limiter in top gear?? that is surely fun.
