I dont think this is against any laws of physics. I dont think me or my bike is capable of bending any laws of physics.. ;p I do Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai almost every week. I work in Pune, live in Mumbai.
Well I guess there is a lot of difference between the Pulsar 150 mill and the GS150R mill. There is one thing I can assure you, I have not come across any bike that is as smooth as the GS150R at Wide-Open-Throttle in the top gear(granted the tall gear ratio limits the power). The GS lacks power in the initial RPM range, but once the needle crosses 7K RPM mark, I guess it beats all competition. I guess the comfort comes from some mechanism that counters engine vibrations. I've had my time on the Pulsar150 too, the pulsar would rattle at WOT(My friend was never too keen on maintaining his Pulsar though). If you get a chance to lay hands on a well maintained GS150R don't miss the chance, take it to top speed. Then lets talk about this again after that.
With great Power(and Torque) comes great responsibility.

I totally agree with You, overdrive gear is a bliss when it comes to highway munching. Just one correction, in GS150r 5th gear is the top gear and 6th is the overdrive. I hope even Gw250 comes with these characteristics.

As i said im from a P 150... above 7k its against what you claim in GS 150. got to ride a GS 150 and see, but im really surprised to say that a vehicle at around its 80-90 % of power, does not give the bad vibes at all... in that case 1 word is between D 390 and GS 150, im not comparing these, but this is the 1 word that my d 390 lacks, " REFINEMENT".
currently i own a D 390, hell man, it vibes even at 2k rpm and specs say it goes till 10k, waiting for 5k km mark to see it at 10k mark...
I'm a responsible rider. It doesn't matter what you ride, but what matters is how you ride.

Vibes are the characteristics of KTM and european bikes unlike japanese smoothies. There are some bikes which are loved for their vibes and its like a meditation rides those bikes.
PS: GS150r created a whole new segment and now GW is on its way creating another segment. Something like a premium commuter/ budget sportstourer or something like that.

PPS: The front fender on GW should give a splash free ride during monsoons. The other quarter litre bikes lacks this.

That's because the bike will be imported to our shores and its not built here. A parallel twin Ninja 250R costed roughly in the same territory.

Yup bhai but come on what's in this bike for someone to shell out so much of their money. . ? I would anyday go for a single cylinder CBR250/D390 compared to this, if I have the money. . .

                  Preferences bhai!
I for one (no offences to anyone) hated the D390 experience. I tried 2 different bikes (friends' bikes). Its ok, the bike is very fast and accelerates like its pants are on fire, but it didn't entice me from within. I, in fact; loved the CBR 250R more than D390. This Zuki is certainly not meant for racers. Its for long distance commuters who are happy with the leftmost lane on the highways 24x7.

EDIT - But yes, at this price point, Zuki kills yet another good (hopefully) product.

I was one of their prospective customer for this Inazuma but who are they kidding with 3.13L? But wait, it isnt yet official so lets hope this is false

Dear Suzuki, I love your bikes, but not so much that I'll pay 3.5L where competing products are available less than 2L. Sad to see yet another wonderful bike sacrificed by the company, if the price is true.

Got to see an Inzuma today on road... Must be one of the first few deliveries off the showroom...
@Sunny - The review is fantastic, loved reading specifics and nuances that were so well stitched into the review. Thanks. Kind of reminds me of the Bandit1250sa India launch, remember everyone talked about the price and similar looks issues.

Well engineered, solid and superb build quality, adjustable rear shocks (nice + when touring with pillion), factory fitted adjustable levers, Soft cushiony suspension for great road use in India, gear indicator, engine balancer shaft in a 250, superlative passenger comfort.

Not a high performance machine, Not a 3 digit highway cruiser, Doesn't look anywhere close to the best, On road price in Bangy is 3.7L almost.

Very rightly said in the review about it being confusing... I sort of like it but I don't too... Thing is, India is the mother of comfort bikes, and we do it here with money to spare... Suzuki cannot expect to beat the market on only smoothness and comfort. It has to be combined with something like performance or looks or offroadability or price, all of which the Inzuma falls short on.

Again... I like it somehow though, maybe because of the beefy angles or the well placed radiator or its ride height or comfort or something...

One question though... had heard that its a CBU import but the guy who had bought it insisted it was a CKD unit and all Indian launched Inzumas are. Anyone knows better?

                            Thanks and cheers all.

Than this if twin is the case.

This bike is such that, now it seems gt 250 somehow makes sense

Its a CKD. They priced themselves out of my wishlist and of many others. Purely in value for money terms why not add some more moolah and go for the HD 750?? [Thats how I look at it anyway.]
