  • Sad demise of Varun

    Hi all,

Its been a long time since I posted a thread on xBhp. Its with a heavy heart that am posting this news. One of our fellow xBhpians and a dear friend Varun a.k.a WonderBoy(xBhp.com : The Global Indian Biking Community - View Profile: wonderboy_tm) has passed away in a road accident. Details are still sketchy at the moment. All that we know of is that, he met with a road accident at 3 A.M today morning while coming back from Pondy on a car with 4 of his friends. He died on the spot.

He was studying M.S At Australia and had just come on a 10 day vacation. I spoke to him just two days back!

We Chennai guys just cant believe this and are shattered! He was a great guy, a dear friend and above all a wonderful human. May his Soul Rest In Peace. We are just out of words, literally! He was the first xBhpian I ever met! He was the one who introduced me to this beautiful website and now he is gone.

Democracy is when 2 wolves and a sheep meet to decide who is for dinner. Liberty is when the sheep has a gun.

Although i don't know him personally, have heard a lot about him through fellow member Sakthi_nj who if I'm right admitted him in hospital once after a track-day crash. Can't believe now that such a thing has happened. God time and again proves that he's Gross most of the times. Rest in peace my friend.

So unfortunate. Every hour a person dies on Indian roads. I pray its not me or one of my family n friends next hour.

                        RIP.

This is indeed a very tragic news. Rest in peace brother and may the almighty give strength to the family to bear this loss.

Ride hard in heaven Varun. May you ride the bike of your dreams in the clouds.

So unjust and unfair to lose a young and promising life. May God grant his family and friends the strength to bear this cruel loss.
