The last Vijay movie I saw was Ghilli. I mistakenly went for Thiruppachi and left in 30 mins..... Absurdity in the name of a Movie!!!

Watched Dev D. Movie moves at a very brisk pace. Slows down to a lull and then suddenly you are hit with a jhakaas scene
Has every spice of life. On the way to the theater saw praveenkm too!

Well i watched it in a theatre, imagine my agony
(Lost a bet, if you are wondering why i was there), i never knew there were so many flourescent shades of pink and blue until i saw that movie, if it wasn't the heroes and villain's assualt with their wardrobe and dialogue it was the heroine flashing her t**s at us !! Somebody please kill the director no.??

for the guys who watch tamil movies,
i watched 'Vennila Kabbadi Kuzhu" yesterday. Brilliant movie. it is neat, simple and yet manages to captivate the audience. The cinematography is excellent especially in the last segment.

^ how so? 've seen pics of Pitt with makeup on the net (fullmoon bald etc). so its makeup+CG? you work on CG rite? share some gyan.

Yes, Brad Pitt put on the old guy make up, true. What I meant to say was that they shot his face and superimposed it on a kid who was acting all the childhood parts, instead of making the kid wear prosthetics.
Pretty incredible work, IMO.
