    xBhp Needs Moderators: Need bikers to man the thankless job

    Guys, as the name of this topic suggests, we are looking for some online commandos to screen the visitors, help the Good Samaritans, and to shoot down the bad guys that keep popping up once in a while.
    Yes we need moderators because the traffic on the site is increasing day by day and the current crop of moderators needs some young blood to share some of the responsibilities.

    So what are the qualities that we are looking for in our new moderators? The typical tasks that a moderator performs on xBhp are:[email protected].
    Subject Line: MODERATOR: <YOUR XBHP ID>
    Full Name,
    City
    Mobile Number
    Approximate number of hours you are online in a day
    What part of the day you are mostly online? Day/Night?

    how many years one should be associated with xbhp to become a moderator?
    and the question remains why do i race?
    every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

    #i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
    #overkill is underrated.
    #how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
    #i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road
    (:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

      The duration of one's stay on xBhp is not the important criteria. But he should be old enough to understand the forum's functioning.

                Advice is a form of nostalgia.
                Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

                    Alright, I'll send a mail but I'm a bit doubtful about it as I always had slight confusion about topic approvals. Could be cleared though...

                    Got a 550 kms trip on 4th March, but will be active after that.

                      You are a deserving guy according to me.

                      A forum needs good moderators to keep the activity alive and fresh. Prompt approvals of new topics, keeping the threads clean from Off Topics and preventing flaming discussions makes a forum source of knowledge for everyone.

                      xBhp needs good dedicated moderators to keep the forum alive.

                        Shubz - the KTM guy. He's super level headed and humble.

                        Then ofcourse Aargee, PrinceSirohi and SatyenPoojary.
                        There someone by the name 'nin' and he's awefully inspiring alot of budding bikers, like myself, with his beautifully written travelogues.

                        Samarth619 and ofcourse Raja (bhaiya) Roadster.


                        There's one other guy who has a 09 R15 and is buying the Duke. He sells remapped ecus for the one-five as mentioned in his signature. Sorry,dint ever bother to read his name.

                            Bajaj Loyalist..?? Actually I do idolize its leader Mr. Rajiv Bajaj (the Steve Jobs of our Indian motorcycle Industry), but am certainly not a "blind" fanboy.

                              satyenpoojry is a Bajaj-Hater. xbhp Moderator should be an unbiassed one. I personally like Payeng.
