            I think the point is getting lost here, the original post states 'moderators' required, that's a plural right? so it means more than one is needed.

                          That's true... But even the staff, specially the Admin has the right to choose their future colleague. This is a very important, relatively permanent & broad decision. So, I suppose they're right in accepting entries.

                          As far as votes are concerned, its already on as most are voting in their posts. Basically, the same thing, right?
