This has led to a certain level of misuse and lack of guided moderation on the community forums. Though I believe that xBhp is not housed only in the online forums (read: offline community, roadtrips and magazine), I do agree that it is the one of the core places where everyone wishes to connect, and in retrospect, it is here where it all started ten years ago. Ten years is not a small time for anything, let alone ten internet years. xBhp has show that it can come through to perils like the server hack in 2008. However, it is by no means an excuse to justify the quality issues of the online forums.
While I, along with many of you pride on roadtrips and events like The Grand Indian Roadtrip, I am deeply concerned (like many of you) regarding this issue.
Therefore, I am glad to to take a small, yet very important step in further strengthening the fact that xBhp is more than just a forum and that it is here to stay.
Two of our online family members have been 'chosen' to go on the front line and take the charge.
It was not so long ago when we announced that we need some fresh blood to guard the thankless job of moderator on xBhp.
We have received many applications and recommendations of names of members who are willing to volunteer, but the discussion on this thread made the job much easier for us.
Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome our 2 newest moderators:

About Samarth: Samarth Singh is a biker who keeps the biking flag high, that too in a small city with just 4 Traffic Signals. A College Faculty by profession and M.B.A- B Ed. by qualification, Samarth tries to balance profession, studies and biking. When not teaching Business Administration students at college, he rides a humble 2007 Pulsar 180 UG3, on the lonely outskirts of Ajmer city or other locations of Rajasthan.
About Anant: Born in Kanpur UP, brought up in Maharashtra after moving there at a tender age of 10. He was always into traveling and exploring the unknown, especially after moving from Nasik to Pune to start his College education in 2004. The motorcycle bug bit him only in 2008 when he realized the potential of touring on a motorcycle and started looking for an upgrade over the humble Caliber 115. That is when he bumped into xBhp. Currently, he is a student studying Cyber Security, but hopefully very soon he will be entering the corporate jungle to pay the bills.
He professed his love for the Pulsar 220 back in 2009 when he parted ways with his trusted 2003 Caliber 115 and got himself a brand new Pulsar 220. Since then, there has been no looking back. He and his bike have been to 10 states in India in these 2-1/2 years. He realized his unusual long time dream of riding back to his Hometown in UP back in Feb 2011, where he moved from 15 years back by taking the exact same 1600 km route his father took back in 1996 in a Maruti 800, only in the reverse direction. Leh-Ladakh-Spiti still remains an unfulfilled dream though. What the next bike would be remains to be seen but he is adamant on keeping his beloved 220 at least till the 1 lac km mark, if only as a stable-mate of something a lot bigger.

From here on the change for the good is inevitable, however it will be slow, but steady.
