Mic placement plays an important role in cutting wind noise, I have kept it covered with two sponges, that too helps.

I assume its aliexpress? If it is, then add 10-15 more days, and if lucky, you will get it in mentioned time

Well, the carrier mentioned is Singapore Post. Hoping I don't have a bad experience!

Do you have a DIY for it ?
Do you have a sample video+audio demo ?

It'll be safe as long as its not China Post. Singapore/Hong Kong posts are reliable modes.

Do you use an external mic? Where did you get that from? I couldn't locate dealers in chennai. So I might go with the link you attached!

I would also like to buy an external mic and I'm on the look out for that too. Where can I find it? I saw your channel on youtube 'prat the brat'. The videos were as good as gopro ones. How is this cam in water? I will use it in a 7 ft pool, will that be okay?

Also suggest nice editing softwares compatible with the cam. WIFI models come with android app right?

Addition: One last question! Do you speak as you ride or you voice over afterwards?

Yes, I installed a mono jack mic, link shared on how to do it in my previous post above.
Just find a mono mic, not the stereo one, also known as 2.5mm mic.
Yes its waterproof in the case till 30metres.

Now software are many, premier pro, sony vegas, final cut (mac), depends which one the user finds easy to use. For starting look for Videopad by NCH software, its ver simple and does all the jobs, then jump to the above mentioned

Ya, app is available on playstore, comes quite handy while touring, but if constantly on wifi, then will decrease battery life. So get spare battery as per your usage.

Since I have installed a mic, so I talk while riding, earlier I used to do just videos with music inserted.

                Hey Guys,

I live in Malaysia and commute to India very often. I get the Sj4000 here for around 6000INR incl 8GB Mem Card. Amazon.in is a rip off.

                  Neat. Thanks!

Why don't you use a stereo mic? it's available with USB adapters right? Or is the camera incompatible with the stereo mic?

Checked with stereo mic, not compatible.

Though of installing USB port, but not enough space inside the camera to play with

I'm new to this. YouTube has some tutorials but it's not that easy to understand and make a video. Any easy softwares to work on. Since I haven't bought a mike just going to be doing a plain n simple editing. [emoji1] [emoji1]

Dont jump to premier and sony vegas now.
Search for Videopad by NCH software. Very small in size and does all the work and easy to use

                                Dear experts,

                                Need your help again.

I am planning to get this. Got a few questions:

                                1. Is this a genuine product ?
                                2. Will it have English as an option or just Chinese ?
                                3. How long is the battery life when I record on 1080p 30fps ?
                                4. Does it have image stabilization ?
                                5. Should I get the YI or spend 2k more and get the below

Also, is this website reliable ?
Its better to sweat than to bleed...
