• Fellow biker Chethan Shivakumar from Bangalore no more.. :(

Heard this news from a friend who was one among the 20+bikers who had gone for a group ride where this unfortunate incident happened.
Feel sad that a fellow biking and car enthusiast Chethan is no more. Painful that he leaves behind a 10 months old son. May his soul RIP and God give strength to his family.
He goes by the same xbhp handle as his name. Though i havent interacted with him personally, My friends told me that he was a calm and nice person. RIP buddy.

Extremely sad news, especially considering he leaves behind an infant son. May the Almighty give strength to his family to bear with this terrible loss.

Most of you'd have seen a D390 with its rims broken. It was Chetan's!

Biking is not about how many Km/h you put on your Speedo. It's about how many miles you put on your Odo. Ride Safe, Ride Long!

Re: Fellow biker Chethan Shivakumar from Bangalore no more..

Life can be very unforgiving guys, Please all ride Safe! No amount of riding gears can save you when you are involved in a crash with big vehicles. Just riding as safe as possible will help in reducing instances like this.
What i heard from a friend who was part of this ride was that this was a narrow two way road with very curvy roads and in a curve where this happened the road was at slight elevation masking the vehicle coming from opposite side, while some of them were able to correct their course when the saw bus approaching chethan ran wide and straight into bus. All this happened in a flash of second. RIP Chethan.
Corners are really death traps so please all be extra careful when approaching a corner.

Anonymous, Bangalore,

No surprise. Guy riding a Kawasaki Ninja would not drive slow. Inspired by TeamBHPs sticker they live to drive yet forget that they need to LEARN TO DRIVE before they LIVE TO DRIVE.

This is what people think of Riders with a good bike! :|
It's a lot like nuts and bolts - if the rider's nuts, the ride - bolts!

As for the above quoted line by some 'Anonymous' people die by slipping in bathroom, should we stop going to bathroom ? man.. what is this..
Sad to see people making such comments for a deceased person and he may not be at fault.

Ride safe and have fun.

nadz11.ns No use telling these people bro. Whenever a bike accident happens people will always blame the biker only.

And if that person is wearing riding gears and riding a bigger bike then he is a racer in the eyes of the people and its his fault that the accident has happened.
