    What's your Stress Buster ?

    Life has become more stressful, high-tech, mechanical. What's your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly stress buster ? ( apart from riding our bikes that keeps us sane and happy ) : ) .



    For me

    Daily : Songs ( Lucky Ali on loop these days ) , One short episode of any comedy flick .
    Weekly : a nice weekend with friends/clubbing/short trip to any random place.
    Monthly : every three months I plan a trip short/long depends . Planned Trip to Nainital this February.
    Yearly : New year party :P. Will Plan a long trip to some far end place.

      Ok, nice thread,

      I listen music, watch biking videos while commuting to home & office.
      Watch movies on weekend and gather with fellow biker buddies.
      Partying with biker buddies goes to see new launched bikes.
      and last but not the least spend lots of time on forum, no matter where I am

      PS: I cant do anything where bikes cant be connected

        when I'm alone...I read books, if the time allows.
        else a good sensible movie cheers me right up.

        And if I am with my friends.. well, what is stress??

          When I am alone and feel stressed out, I try to reach out to my friends and go for a short spin to nearby Tea shop for a quick shot or lunch or dinner depending on the time.
          When I am all alone..Books and Music are my best company...Love reading Crime novels and Listen to Melody songs of yester-year, Classical, Instrumental...

          Else, will go to nearby hotel and grab my fav food. Nothing gives me more happiness when I am biting down a chunky piece of my fav food...all the stress just melt away

            My stress buster in office is my Rubik's cube solving
            At home some comedy series added by bigger cube solving
            If not traveling on two wheeler, then books

                            well am in a lot of things...

                            watching a lot of movies however havent been to theatre since a few years yeas few years..
                            a kick ass HT setup with a projector and 100 inch screen does the trick.

                            with a few friends and a few gulps.. my guitar gets live...

                            and a kickass stereo setup for music.. which can be rated into high fidelity...


                            and ofcourse... those rides.. all of em.. not the city rides specifically...
