      stress buster for me..
      well I mostly talk to my elder brother when I feel stressed. Your elders/loved ones give the most comforting advices/suggestions.
      And I also play games on lappy to take my mind of the stress.

        Lucky those who have elder brothers or sisters... but For me only xbox is the only way out as i m the single one... and lost my father in2013 [emoji20]... mom is not that Strong... regarding gf hmm... i always maintained some gap..

                  Even I have the keys. From past 3months , me and my friend are going to the gym at 4:45 in the morning and during the initial days, few guys had thought that we are the newly appointed coaches

                        My stress busters include traveling, hiking, trekking, reading, riding and of course, a beer or two with my friends. Also, chatting up with my wife helps me relieve a lot of stress as she is very understandable.

                            I just go to lake or sea shore, sit on the bench and listen to music and take photos...

                            Nights are always with movies or just the rooftop since I don't get much sleep due to some health issues....
