its so sad to see how the local municipal people have cut-off her ear ..the so called 'tagging'.. so f*n pathetic & inhuman guess its the same every where. even here in B'lore they do the same thing to the street dogs. very sad.

thzz my sweetheart ,she is GODDY....she loves roaming all around the house,,,when ever she feels hungry she goes to the kitchen and starts repeating her name and she makes hell of a noise. when we fail to notice her and she starts to lift small things and drop if outside..very naughty indeed,she never likes strangers coming to our home she will run in front of then and starts mu-mering some words which we never figured it out ,,she passed away on november 10 really missed her everyone in our family was very much attached to her...

yeah thats wat they do here.. after neutering them they cut the ears so that they are 'marked'. one can only imagine the trauma these dogs go thru. feel really so sorry for them.

i'm very sorry for your loss. i can imagine wat i feesl like to lose a pet.

I've had 2 German Shephard's and a Jack Welsh Terrier but after the last one died, no more dog's. Its too painful.

My 2.5 yr. old son wants a dog badly and i know having a pet around contributes a lot into the development of kids. It helps them become compassionate and caring while also teaching them to be responsible. But no doggies for now.

I loved the pics of the doggies and the parrot that have been posted here. They are all so cute. My favorites are the german shephards. I'd love to drop by and pet them (as long as they dont bite ).

Growing up with dogs definitely makes a lot of difference. i can tell this from my very own exp. from the time i've known there's always been dogs with me. but i guess its hard to raise them in B'lore or any city for that matter.. well you are a better parent & you know better (i've got a long way to get there ) probably you can consider a small dog like a dachshund.

great to know that there are so many kind hearted people here who share another passion. 1st being Bikes and second:- Pets

My list goes like this.(from the time i can remember)
1.> German Shepherd (Jacksy). Lived with us for 11 years. extremly senstive. Bite me 7-8 times in 11 years. I still loved him more then anything.
2.> pomeranian (Crazy) . Hell of a Crazy Dog. lived 12 years.
3.> 4 Generations of Wild cats (total must be 15-16)
5.> Parrot. Mom used to call him Chiddi (never caged)
6.> A squirrel (Found the baby in wounded condition)
7.> Current:- Black Labrador (Jazz):- The sweetest dog i have ever seen. Full of Love and energy. Bought her in the year 2009 end. I used to be in evening shifts then, Hence i had plenty of time to spend with her. And in the night, my flat mate and a very close friend used to take care of her. But then my timings changed and had to leave her with mom and dad as most of the time no one used to be at home. Now miss her like hell. She has this very habbit of listning to whatever i say. And used to make faces if she understand whatever i am saying.
8.> Current:- Pomeranian (Rambo) Now this dog is special in his own way. He has the habit of talking in a very diffrent way. he makes all these diffrent tones and most of the time he uses his hand like we humans do while talking. And completly opposite from Jazz. where in jazz loved listning, Rambo loves talking. Will record a video soon.
