There're no chances here; they WILL ignore it for sure. When you send an compliment via Email, then that will be received for sure & the technology works wonder.

All the age old techniques only work on such things. Trust me, I've fought with ABN Amro for 6 months only to get an acknowledgement.

Very true. Very true. Registered post is always what works with these people. I doubt the concerned person would even receive the letter that you send them, but at least you have proof that the letter has been received by the office if you wish to confront them regarding the same directly at a later point of time.

I am not sure whether a direct confrontation in step 1 would be such a good idea. To me it sounds better to send them an official letter instigating them to take proper steps. If I were working in such a place, I would be more intimidated by a letter which tells me the same, from a person whom I've never laid eyes on, nor have any idea what he/she is like, or what their power may be. Chances are, if you leave contact details and the concerned party receives your letter, you might receive a call back, or an invitation to meet you in person in order to solve your grievance.

          Swiggy Mayhem!
We're trying to start an initiative where we're gathering enough photos or videos
of erratic Swiggy/Zomato/UberEats riders across all cities so we can cast a spotlight
on this issue and try and sort it out. If you video-record as you ride, or have a
dash-cam in your car, or can take SAFELY photographs of instances where these riders
are creating a nuisance by riding recklessly on the roads, PLEASE share the same with
us on the thread above. Appreciate it!
