Re: Welcome the new year with new moderators on xBhp

Am happy to see both take over as mods.

PSR sir and B7ACKTHORN will surely act like a HDEO - maintaining their viscosity even when operating temperatures soar high in the threads and protect the quality of the threads like the humble ZDDP .

psr Sir
Vijay bro B7ACKTHORN

I humbly welcome you both to the Xbhp team, the Xbhp family in fact. I'm sure you must be in constant touch with Core Xbhp staff right now. They're really nice & helpful people, and being a part of this team was definitely one of the best things that ever happened to me.

I've seen you both contributing to Xbhp, and its members in a selfless way. I was too once awarded this title, together with a good biker & friend antz.bin . I believe you rightfully deserve this title not only for your past contribution to the site, but also to enable you to help frame the Xbhp of the future.
This title becomes an identity over time, and people start identifying you with it in meetings & G2G's, even if you want to remain "just a biker" only. Its indeed respectful to be a Moderator. Although, there may be times you'll have to choose between your friends and the correct decision. There may be times when (either privately or openly) you might be accused of taking the wrong decision. There may be times when you'll have to handle & solve interpersonal conflicts of two or more members, over PMs or even phone calls, just to end their conflict (yes, I also had to do this).

But what I realized is:- If you try to keep everyone happy, you'll end up keeping no one happy. Occasional Hard decisions (including edition, deletion, infraction, etc.) are a part of this role. Always maintain a friendly smile, (and "its nothing personal, buddy" approach) while doing so, and members will understand your situation better.

Of course, you both are experienced enough, in fact more than me in a way(especially PSR sir) that whatever I typed above, might not even be required. So, kindly excuse all that and let me wish you all the very best & may you always Shine in your new role... Welcome again.

Thanks @ Samarth for the warm good wishes . I hope I will be useful as a Moderator, though it is my sharing and guidance in many threads that earned me good friends and well meaning relationships. Let us make a collective effort to help members ,through knowledge sharing .
