^^^ I believe there would be both the sides to it. I know people whose parcels were delayed by 10-15 days but I got mine on the 3rd or 4th day.

Please note that as we use online payment gateway for payment unlike other vendors mentioned here, there will always be a 2 day delay from your order to the shipment from our store as the online gateway takes 24-48 hrs for manual verification of payments and subsequent approval of transactions.

i just talked to balaji helmet palace about DSG motomesh gloves ,& they said that this model is stopped & they dont have any stock with them,when is this new stock expected
is a new variant avalaible in same price or is it more costly than old(is so i ll order frm ur site only)

Spike has been upgraded and replaced by Phoenix for 2010. Phoenix has upgraded fabric and is waterproof. We will list it online at www.planetdsg.com shortly.

its high time ,DSG need to pull up their socks and provide better online customer care and delivery facilities. as a customer why should I take all the pain to deal with DSG if i can get the same quality of products if not better from other online shops with assured hassle free deliveries?

i never wanted to write about it but when i see other member are also suffering i decided to write about it so that the people concerned may take notice and do the needful to rectify the things.iam sure a lot of other guys might have faced the same thing but when we decide to keep mum doesnt mean that there is no problem at all.

thanks to this guys post i came to know about cramster gear ,& came to know their shop is close to my office only,(whoa)
i went there & bought cramster MX2 gloves ,stuff they have is great guys

Finally.. i would like to add an update on my previous story which most readers must have read by now. The gear finally arrived 1 day after the date i had set out for starting my 1k km ride (which had to be cancelled as i had no proper riding jacket). one of the 2 jackets had rat bites on the left shoulder leather part (DSG Maze). Which i had informed the concerned people at planetdsg before i did my aforementioned planned trip by train. On returning today from my trip, i realised that i had ordered DSG Primal Gloves (Rs.2499) but was shipped DSG Vector (Rs.2750). Which is a good thing the only problem being that i didnt order them. And i got the wrong size(and i want them changed too).

Another question is, why should i bear the costs for return shipping(as suggested by planetdsg ppl) when they were the ones who mailed me a defective jacket. If it were only for the gloves, i would have done it without even thinking once, but man, the jackets are heavy( = high shiping costs). My only question is, why cant they get a to-pay delivery done by their courier at the discounted rates that have been worked out for them in return for my truthfulness (in telling them that they sent me wrong/more expensive gloves) and then mail me the stuff i actually ordered correctly.

P.S.: As far as actual shipping time is concerned, First Flight couriers took under 24hrs to deliver the parcel from Pune to Nasik(my place) and actually all the delays which took place happened at Pune (read mailers) side so the explanations of surface shipping is irrelevant in this scenario.

Hey, I did visit their website. Ny idea whats the diff b/w the Spike and the Nero. There is b/w the Spike and the Maze, but I couldnt see any diff b/w the Spike and the Nero. Also this thread some of the reps of DSG did say the Spike is replaced by the Phoenix. But that isnt on the site yet.

Also did u mean Forum mall?? (your post says sigma and Orion motors is opp. Forum, Just checking....)

Spike and Nero are essentially same product with minor design change in Nero for a complete Black look.

Can you please provide a pic and describe the features of Phoenix jacket? That would be helpful for me in a buy.
I were going to buy another brand's jacket this week itself, so if I could get some solid info about phoenix I can delay my buy. So please help.
