In the foreign motorcycles category, I think the Honda CBX 1000 has the best note. 6-cylinder, after all.

    A sample:

The exhaust notes of the P220, RTR160, RT180, & Suzuki Fiero come to mind for Indian bikes.
I also like the note of the Ninja250R.

The R15 at high revs is also awesome, but thats the engine note more than the exhaust.

Will not discuss bigger bikes here, as it doesn't seem like we are discussing them.

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

I'm not sure how many of you have heard it but I feel that the GF170 had one of the best exhaust notes among Indian made bikes.

I am a Pulsar fan for its exhaust note and will be forever

Saw A RD 350 yesterday at ramkoti .Its note was a super bike at higher RPM's
The rising petrol prices burn your pocket not your riding soul!

The R15 at higher rpms - north of 6k rpm all the way to the rev-limiter, is simply bliss!
Your biking tells a lot about the person you are!

I guess we are talking about Indian bikes exhaust notes, then there is no sound like a perfectly tuned Yamaha RD350! Pure music! Sounds like a superbike.
