    • I was 12 when I rode a LML Vespa NV. Interestingly, since I learnt driving at 10, I ne'er had to learn a 2-wheeler per se. Just took it out on a sunny afternnoon, when my parents were not around. Had some initial hiccups with the gearshift, and then voila! I was riding a geared 2-wheeler for the first time!!

            • I was 14 when I learned on My Dad's RE.
My Dad told me a little and trained me for 2 days.(1 Hour each). He is in Indian Army and moved back to his duty. Later my mom and grandpa told not even to touch the bike as its very heavy and will kill me if anything happen. Bu, who is going to listen. I stole the keys and take the bike outside the village-in farms (It makes huge noise and if start around home, I don't know what could happen). I started-OMG-not starting-again try-NO-again-No. Luckly on of our family friend came. He looked and asked "Hmm, chalansikh rahe ho?". I told him that the moster is not starting. Than he told me briefly how to start and practised me a few times for starting. Now, I know how to start, I moved-moved-and still moving.
              Now I own P180 ug4.

                • My first two wheeler was "Luna" when I was 11yrs yrs old. A year after in 1983 I along with my younger brother(I needed him as I could not reach ground while riding & getting down, He used to hold from behind) stole my Dad's Lamby and pushed it far away from our house so that our parents won't hear it starting. Once the Lamby starts to move, my brother jumps into the pillion and voila! I had the idea of clutch & gear so didn't face any problem. We rod about 5kms and came back though I had a tough time turning the mighty Lamby. I still remember my first ride with a geared one! While getting down my bro had to jump off while we were still on the move till it stalled. But unfortunately we got caught while trying to make it stand as the Lamby was not willing to stand with our strength. ha ha ha...

                            • I was 17 and a half when my friend offered me a ride on his elder brother's RX 135.This was my first time on a bike and my friend told me"Arre kuch nahi karna hai bas clutch dabakar gear dalna hai aur axi dekar clutch chodna hai" I thoughtlessly took his advice and in the next instant bike cleared its front wheel for takeoff and for the first time I felt that the view of the sky was so scary. It took me another six months to overcome the fear and then the next ride thankfully was my uncle's boxer which I thought had the same evil intention of pointing me skywards with the slightest touch of the throttle!
