I agree, and with this, my vote too goes for Ninja 650... or ER 6f.

And yes, I am voting this considering a logical proportion of looks, performance and pricing too...

ZX 6R is still a dream bike for me. All dreams are not sustainable in India...

Kawasaki's next move may be zx10r or "busa-killer", though we would be very happy if they bring in 600cc [].So my vote is for zx10r/zx14 (busa-killer)

                    I vote for the ZX-6R

I wanted to vote for the 650R but eventually clicked on the button next to 6R. Practically I think big bike makers should look at creating a new segment in the 350-400-450-500cc range. I think that the Indian consumer has been riding 100-200cc bikes for the past 30-40 years so they need some time to mature. A thoroughbred 600-650cc will be an overkill in the Indian market all of a sudden.

The 600's can be brought to India provided they are homologated here, just like the 250R. The 800cc rule would only be for the CBUs. If the 600s are brought down like the 250R in Semi Knocked Down kits, we should be able to by pass the rule. Am I right?

My vote definitely goes to the ZX-6r....

Usable power (atleast better than the liters), very manageable and would be good value for money.

But at the same time, I do feel that bring a sub 800cc bike into Indian soil can be a bit of a problem and more than the ZX-6r, ZX-10r seems to the most probable next big Ninja to come into India.

                            My own thoughts - Throttle

How come I missed this one. The poll has been closed. However I would put in my thoughts here. I am definitely NOT for either the 10R or the 6R given the choices as MG has put. I would readily opt for the ER-6F. More than enough power for ANY country. Easy cruising ability at 160kmph with pillion and luggage. Decent torquey twin. The F keeps the windblast away from your chest. Handling is supposed to be good. One of the most successfully running 600cc bikes around the world today, there must be a very good reason for that.
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!
