Not true: The Knee Guards were gifted to 'someone' and he lost it.
The chain guard had to be broken for which he duly reimbursed me!

@Ranjith: All those were like a good while back. But yeah I keep losing things and getting them back too! Like the phone was lost and found after doing some 120+ KMs and 8 hours! so!

          OK.. I have lost:-

          #1 On my SIE Ride:
My half dead HTC TYTN II (Which I was using as a Pure MapMyIndia GPS device)
          My rain-coat carry-case.

Both things fell from my tankbag top pocket 5 minutes of each other.

          #2 On a random Nasik-Bhandardara ride:
I had borrowed my friend's Thunderbird.
Lost the key (while the bike was running )
Lost a side panel of the TB while returning from midway as I had no idea about how much fuel I had no way of checking and topping up .

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

lost 2 helmets when i was new to riding, was not in habit of carrying helmet.

lost 2 mobile-phones, they just slipped out of my trouser pocket unknowingly.

and there was a weird incident once, that some children had stolen all Bajaj and Pulsar logos from by P150 it looked like KISI NAY ISKI IZZATH LOOTLEE
We wouldn't need a forum if we all had same opinions, same thoughts, and same bikes..... Enjoy the difference.

Its not enough to know how to twist the throttle; you must have judgement to know when and where to do it.

Apart from the mandatory theft of the Bajaj decals from every Pulsar, some *%#$*$# stole my old helmet from the office parking...

But nothing lost on tours so far.

I lose some nuts and bolts, bits and pieces of the visor/fairing on almost all my rides. Have lost the front number plate thrice (or should it breaks off from the housing).

i lost my helmet, probably somebody stole my helmet when i left it at the Movie Parking and from then on i never leave my helmet in the bike, wherever i go i carry it along with me.

Last i misplaced my cramster gloves durin one of my ride, which made me to make sure that i keep the gears properly.

                                Afterall experience makes one perfect
