      Nothing specific. Make sure that you have the required stamina for that. Wear all your riding gear. Take breaks at at least once every 150 km. Keep hydrated. Carry a water bottle with you.

            Carry a mattress which u can put on the seat and ride for long distance... becos 100cc bike have narrow seats which cause lot of trouble on hips and effect blood supply on the bottom area..try to increase the width of sitting area..have experienced this on pulsar over 450kms nonstop ride

                I have done kolkata delhi in 25hrs constant on a Hero honda splendor 2001 model.
                No problems...no vibrations....no nothing.
                Just smooth....puuurrrrrrr all the way calm and collected.

                    This post relates to the longest distance traveled on a 100 cc machine. IMO Honda shine is a 125 cc machine

                      Around 1150~1300 Kms on the Bajaj Discover 100 4G, my co-rider claims it to be more than that as he was riding a P180, but we had to split in between and I didnt bother with resetting my trip meter as it had reset itself once and after that we used it to measure distance between turns suggested by shop owners as we were riding past midnight and both our phones were dead.

                      680 Kms on my Bajaj CT100B.

                      Devjeeth Saha has done 1618 Kms on a Hero Spendor completing Saddlesore.

                        I did around 450 km once. Man it's exhausting! I prefer to take a bus or a train, even a plane sometimes!

                          Around 650km as per odometer in 15-16 hours hours.Bangalore to kolli hills and back.. had to stop for 4 hours due to rain.. otherwise wud have been faster.
                          15 aug 2016 on Honda twister.

                          Started at around 12:30pm reached back home by 4am.
