On my Splendor I have done 200 odd kms in one day up and down back in 2005..
did 1200 kms in June 2014 on my ZMR in one day
Splendor - 2k to 2006
Karizma - 2k3 to 2009
P180 - 2k6 to 2k9
Hunk - Oct 2k7 til now
ZMR - 2010 to Forever
RX135(2k) - 2013 to 2018
Ninja 250R (2010) - 2016 til now

Make that 630 km as i had made a trip from bhubaneswar to raipur taking 12 hours with dinner and small breaks. Didn't have to refill the my Joy and the entire trip was done in night with friends. Man that was amazing to do and my friends were surprised to see bike didn't even hit reserve when we reached raipur. Obviously we also returned after 3 days . I've done a 220 kms trip on my tvs 50 in a day. This was in 1998. Still remember the thrill I had felt the whole trip especially when every other vehicle on the highway crossed me like a bullet as in like a cat running a race inside a dinosaur stampede. Also I had my uncle accompanied me back in the Pillion. Two people with almost 110kgs on a tvs 50 for 220kms!, now I realise how gud the moped was. It was also my first and best motor which I used to learn 90 and 180 degree spins.Comment

Solapur to mumbai 400 kms in one day, too many times in my 4 years of engineering college.
Bike- Hero honda cd deluxe 2010 model.
I observed one thing , that for long distance rides chain slack increases fastly than our normal uses for same kms.
