    Especially since RBI mandates that credit card is NOT a transferrable commodity and any such act is actually 'illegal'

      They got their money.. they mailed the tee... If there is any foul play.. The 'Hyderabadi Uncle' and the Credit card company can fight over it in court. (Hyderabadi Uncle only needs to prove that the card was misused without him sharing the password to get his refund.)
      Advice is a form of nostalgia.
      Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

        Nopes, its usualy chargebacked from the merchant for 'lack of due diligence'
        You think Bank would foot the bill. No sir! They merely facilitate transaction.

        And the post above is evidence enough to ensure it 'facilitating' fraud transactions

          my uncle was the one who gave me the passwords and the cvv so it was under his full consent ...we were using team viewer (helps to share screens between to two remote systems)..so everything was being done under his supervision and i deleted the files containing the password after the transaction was complete. he also received an sms stating that 350 bucks were charged from his account so no trouble so far (unless RBI officials are viewing this thread )...

          and thanks a lot mr.ashok for replying..its good to know that the shirt will be here by thursday

            just received the shirt a few minutes ago.The quality is astounding..much better than the reeboks and levis shirts in my wardrobe. And also delivered perfectly in time and the packaging was also nice. I am gonna order lot of stuff from you guys

                              ordered and got delivery within three days...that was fast
                              normally I wear medium/small sized T-shirts so I ordered a size 'S'...when checked, it was written 's' but it is so much bigger. It is similar to size 'L' of most popular brands which means 2sizes bigger
                              still wear it though... but very loose
