    We are getting mixed reviews on Both the couriers ( BlueDart & FedEx ) some areas one is performing well and some other but as the per our statistics data BlueDart scores well so we are sticking to BlueDart and we have already addressed these issues with the concern persons and we hope these kind of issues will not be repeat in future

        Thanks karthik for reply to my query.

        But can you try to have both option as shipment?? I think that people may be more happy with the deal, if they get to select option from both, so that incase of any problem, they dont blame "CI" for shipments, as the selection of shipping service will be their own choice.

        Just my thought. thanks for help.

                        Hey ashok ,good to see you actively responding to all the queries,well i ve placed my second order on you guys and my bad i forgot to enter my company name in the shipping address,the rest of the address is proper.So is there anyway this can be corrected ? My order no is 747.
                        Even dropped a mail to karthik in this regard .No response as yet but got a mail that my order has been despatched.

                        The form where we enter the shipping and billing addresses does not accept mobile numbers starting with 8 or 7 .Fortunately i had another number which starts with 9.Kindly rectify this.

                          Recieved my Package a while back. Order No 725

                          Packaging and Quality of Fabric is good. No complaints. Recieved in 3 days, via Blue Dart in Pune. No issues.
