Dear Customer,

We understand you concern, and there is no need to panic. it's just a typo error in the BLUE DART website, it tend to happens while they are making 1000+ entries in a day.

It will be a problem if pin-code is wrongly mentioned in the site, but in our case only the first letter was mis typed. We are doing absolutely fine.

Adding to it, the package will be delivered today.

Any further clarification kindly revert to us.

i knew this will happen. Status CONSIGNEE'S ADDRESS INCORRECT:UNABLE TO DELIVER
now what should i do? called up blue dart they told that the address was wrong. i updated the right address on my order. nw they changed it and they are going to deliver it on monday

I received the t-shirt today " I, The Biker " one. Ordered on 31st May and delivered on 3rd June. Awesome service. Tempted to order some more.

Can you guys make t-shirts on grey platform as well? That would eally be awesome.

But a question, Can we have some logo printed n the caps displayed n the ast age of the brochure and how much is the cost for the cas. They look good as well.

I order four tees just now but it did not accept my phone numbers at the shipping address menu. I dont understand what happened. So I gave my friends phone number in the shipping address.

So updated my phone number in the instructions box.

Please explain why extra octroi charges

I got a phone call today morning from blue dart courier guy where the chap was asking me to pay extra octroi charges 36/- Rs for delivering the same in pune, wondering why is that as there are others also who have ordered the tshirts in pune. Can you please explain why is the extra charge to be paid?

My order no is 490.

Hello Ashok, I would prefer Fedex over bluedart anyday! I received my first shipment within 3 days of order, via fedex and my second order via bluedart was shipped by 2nd june (order no: 465) which is yet to be received. I don't have very good experiences with Bluedart till now. So can you update me about the status?

Hi Ashok,
Iam quite satisfied with the quality of the Tee shirt from your brand.
But iam not at all satisfied with the courier company you guys have choosen....Bluedart is one of the most pathetic brand I have ever come across. Their tracker does mention late due to errors...
I would advice you not to go ahead with any type of shipping with Bluedart as it may harm your reputation in the market....Personal expereince with them...
The first order you shipped was with FedEx and these guys were stunning and on time...i dint even mind tipping that guy a Rs 20 note to deliver it as per schedule....Please look into this matter as you have top-notch quality products but bad shipping!!!

Hi Ashok,

I got the Tee delivered but the details you have PM'ed me i think we can post ehre that customers from mumbai and pune has to shell out 36/- Rs extra for octroi per piece.Again if this thing is area wise in pune than we should mention that too as some of my friends in pune has not paid any octroi. Its not the question of 36/- Rs but that should be shown or posted in details.

Got 2 tees shipped home...Had to pay 72 rs as octroi....
Ashok can we get a detailed report on the added payment as i dint have to for first 2 orders. Also it is not mentioned in your site that there is a octroi charge for it....Please probe into this matter as it has arised only for Blue Dart Services....I dint have to shell out any amount for FedEx......

Please revert back with the updated details.
