thats utter bullshit, 4 stroke engine burns fuel more efficiently leaving less residue and using catalytic converter it breaks down sulphurless fuel better (unleaded) high sulphur can cause acid rains. 2 stroke engine does not burn fuel completely, also they use leaded fuel.

as far as india is concerned production was stopped due to pollution concern but you can still buy second hand 2 stroke products.

If u remove catalytic converter from your bike u will notice a rise in performance but then cops will catch you for pollution.

THe DI strokers apparently enjoy their power-to-weight advantage as earlier and their pollution levels would supposedly meet Euro II norms easily.

I called the Khivraj Motors showroom today. The receptionist (a lady) picked up the phone. And I uttered the word Ninja. She tried to be really polite but somehow she cudn't help utter an 'uff', under her breath!!

I do the electrical stuff myself. I thought a jump of 15W that's from 55 to 70W, would be discharging the battery more than it would be getting charged.

well i don think there will be an increase in power...... after going back to carb version ...wil it ? its speculated that they'll tune up the engine.. they may make it much refined or somehow shell weight from the bike...We'll just have to see .....
