            I have probably done 5K kms on all the bikes I have ridden till date. Maybe I crossed the 1L mark on my bicycle long ago, with at least 50 kms of commuting daily for the last 7 years and the kms I clocked earlier during my childhood would easily cross 1L mark.

              Did 34560 on my ZMR from Nov 2010 till October 2012
              October 2012 - End April 2013 - 0kms, (recuperation from my crash)
              A new Speedo and from May 2013-Current - 9.6k kms

                25000KM on stunner in 1year
                26000km on apache rtr 160 in 1year
                52000km on fazer fron jul2011 till now
                19500km on pulsar 200ns since september5th2012. exactly 1year

                    @Adarsh_Bk & @Divya Sharan : LOL! well not 7L complete yet... 6.6L in 7 years and counting - last 6~7 months & rains have been forcing me to stay inside... also w/ the arrival of the n650, the avenger is staying a bit longer inside the garage
                    n650 is @ 1.7K in about 1.5 months of ownership - will be about 2.5k by coming monday & about 2k more by end of this month

                    @Technosid : depends on how u use it. different kms need replacement of different parts. if u care to maintain it, u will have urs for years. my previous CD100 was w/ me for 11 yrs. purchased it for 47k & sold it for 20k - was in mint condition throughout.

                          u r insane

                          racking up 700,00 kms in 7 years i mind boggling....most of the people cannot acheive this mileage in their entire life..
                          and yet u manged to do it in 7 years

                          are u trying to hit the million mark on n 650...

                          u are averaging about 100k kms a year ..so why not try for IBA(iron butt riders) biggest achievement 100k miles (160,00 kms) in a year
                          i think u would be the first person in india to do this

                            @Technosid : nah - iba is not my cup of tea - especially at my age. i never race [never did even in my younger days] & always prefer to cruise @ 80~90. about 70% of my rides have been done w/ wifey. i know my physical & mental limits & also respect the limits of the bikes i've had / have. riding for 16~18 hrs a day was a breeze some years ago but it takes an effort these days. the dynamism of road traffic has altered dramatically over last decade too - so navigating thru cities while maintaining good average speed is becoming tougher. growing up & growing old has forced me to change my perspective towards riding & endurance. have developed several medical conditions too, that limit the extent to which i can freely ride these days.
                            i guess 'being able to ride' is in itself a big plus
                            as the for n650, who knows what's in the destiny for both of us.

                              660,000 / (365 * 6) ~ 300 Kms per day riding average ... This is just INSANE! (And a itsy bitsy little unbelievable as well )
