We have been using it in Aston Martin, lamborghini, Ferrari, normal cars like polo GT TSI, Laura TSI, Audi S4, S6, RS6. And bikes like Suzuki Hayabusa, My RC 390, Triumph Speed Triple. In fact our whole NASA group in Delhi uses it on regular basis. Here are few pics. Last we did was 2 days back on Aston.

Re: KTM RC 390 Ownership Experience
Proctane is a Race fuel concentrate, it burns cleaner and cooler than other fuels at present, therefore this results in better throttle response, turbo spool and more power. It benefits all types of petrol internal combustion engines, N/A, turbo or supercharged.Originally posted by AngadV View Post

Re: KTM RC 390 Ownership Experience
Guess I was wrong about my speed in previous posts. Apologies for that. Just back from the ride. Here are the stats which I noticed today.
1st gear- 52 km/hr rev cut in
2nd gear- 82 km/hr rev cut in
3rd gear-107 km/hr rev cut in
4th gear- 134 km/hr rev cut in
5th gear-157 km/hr rev cut in
6th gear-182 km/hr rev cut in
Went for 150 kms ride. Engine did not heat up. Running is smooth. Temperature is still 2 bars less even after hard ride. Avg is around 22-25 kmpl
P.S: Finally 3500 kms mark in 1 year and 11 months!
Happy revving and safe riding.LML Freedom Prima 125(Sold)

Re: KTM RC 390 Ownership Experience
Ok, and those are normal figures for a 390. And 3500km in a year, oh my! you hardly seem to ride it! I know some guys who've covered that mileage in a weekOriginally posted by drarchit View PostGuess I was wrong about my speed in previous posts. Apologies for that. Just back from the ride. Now coming to the additive.. If it's indeed 'cooler' after a hard ride (not a long ride) then well and good. On a long highway ride, the temp gauge is usually 2 below (on the bottom segment) and even during city rides the fan starts kicking in around this mark. So if you are happy, well and good but don't post 'positive' reviews just because you or your friends are associated with the product. I'd love to hear from a few more neutral riders.
Send a bottle over, i don't mind giving it a few test runs
(i'll pay for it too)

Re: KTM RC 390 Ownership Experience
1 Litre of additive to a full tank???!!Originally posted by drarchit View PostYou have to add 1liter of proctane in full tank.
TVS XL super: Full tank = 4litres
KTM Duke/RC: Full tank = 10.5-11.5 Litres
CBR250R: Full tank = 13L
Thunderbird: Full tank = 20 L
Cars: 25+ liters
Most additives give a specific ratio, e.g. 1ml per liter of fuel.
Am definitely not going to add 1 liter in to a 10 litre tank, i.e. replacing 10% of the capacity with a foreign substance, no matter how tall the claims are. Please back it up with some technical info/branding etc.. to throw some light on what and where this product came from. Examples of some products that at-least give some information are: Iftex system G ,system D (recommended by tata), Adon P(additive from Total, France), Xado etc..

Mods , B7ACKTHORN I think we are going too off topic on this ownership thread.
Maybe open up a new discussion thread for Additives.

Re: KTM RC 390 Ownership Experience
5% of the whole tank capacity is to be used. I am using at 10% in bike. In my vento which is of 65 ltrs capacity, I use 9 liters of proctane. My friend who has 100 liter tank capacity in R8 uses 15 liters of proctane. Proctane is a Race fuel concentrate, it burns cleaner and cooler than other fuels at present, therefore this results in better throttle response, turbo spool and more power. As for all the details, I will post each n every detail soon.Originally posted by s1d View Post1 Litre of additive to a full tank???!!
