I think writing big blog wont help.
People will get bored
got Leh'd in 2010 n after that building adventure touring got into my nerves.
finally by the end of 2012 I got too serious about building My OWN Adventure touring bike .
Plan was to build bike by the end of June 2013 n get Leh'd again , as we all know planning something and executing it are two diff things.

The most basic idea behind this machine was and still is reliable engine and good suspension.
and my hunt for good off road forks started .
My fellow bikers will be aware of the fact that searching such things in India is next to impossible especially when you have low budget.
people who actually have it will quote any bullshit price and who are not having it will fool you with dates.

Finally after months I found a classified where a CBZ was on sale with YZ125 forks .
(This guy was building same machine and quit it coz he was flying somewhere I dont know the real story)
So after travelling for almost 30 hours (both side)I got this bike all the way from B'lore to Lonavala in Volvo bus.

I got off road fibre body kit and the bike with cbz engine (with most of the parts missing ) and Yz 125 forks
As I mentioned I live in Lonavala and due to heavy rains I have to wait until it gets dry completely to start woring on it.

and finally the work has started.
Have completely stripped it n started engine rebuild
Its 99 CBZ crank case with Karizma crank and block piston .
just got karizma block bored and honed with Usha Piston.
searching high lift camshaft for Karizma .
Some good valve springs.
Cheap Adventure touring Tank (Acerbis or safari)

P.s. Though I have build few bikes in past I'm not an expert ,I'm just 23 year old automobile engineering drop out .
All tips and suggestions are welcome

Rims are here from powder coating 17'' at rear and 19'' at front
and engine has been opened

Wanted to ask you......which rims are you using???? I mean from which bike and the rim size plz....

I'm using 17" 36 holes at rear not sure they belong to which bike but front one 19" 36 holes is from Rajdoot.

wheels are ready.
Engine work at halt as I'm unable to find high lift cam.
Will modify Karizma tank as per my need (as I cant afford Acerbis )
