Try the Additional Earth wire mod . check all Ignition related connectors and spray WD 40 to drive out moisture.Originally posted by shaikafsal View Posthi ,

Thanks for keeping your photos up. Having charging system problems and this thread is the only picture I could find of where the R/R is on the bike.

Found perfectly same taperroller bearing for the lower part of the stem which mostly takes all the beating. Didn't find the upper one because of 25.5mm size and had to go with the stock one. Size of taper roller bearing is 32006 which fits perfectly without any modifications to the dust seal or stem attaching all the pictures of the bearing and the same installed on the steering stem.

This is an amazing thread.
I have been a CBR 250 R owner since 2011 and have recently completed 1L kms.
The love I feel for the machine and the moments I have spent on the saddle, can't be expressed in human language
It's a legend in every aspect!

Hello everyone i recently had an steering stem bearing problem in my cbr and on inspecting it i got to know that all the ball bearing and its races are rusted. So i was thinking to upgrade them to taper roller bearing so does anyone here know about there size or bearing number which fits?

The Lugs are any Bike battery connection lug. You can source SWISS make lugs for Pulsar battery connection from any automobile shop. Please do look at details shared in the write up on how it is connected for clarity.Originally posted by cbr250abs View Post
I'm also working on this DIY. Got a 10sq mm wire but couldn't get the proper size lugs from any neighborhood hardware shop.
From where did you get these lugs and what are the specificatons like diameter of the lug? Thanks in advance

A big thanks to PSR sir and shv18 for sharing such a valuable information regarding the earth wire modification,in fact i tried it on my bike just as a precautionary measure but i was in for a big surprise
.....drastic improvement in low and and mid range....couldn't check the top end though, throttle response is much more sharper.
