@Aparajith and Joel: Can you tell me if the high lift cams are milled from scratch, or the existing ones? Also, what other adjustments are made to match the counterparts for the cams' increased duration? Valve timings?

Yeah, 0-100 on a video I think is doable! Will try it... This bike will not be torquey like Navnish's, but will be a lot more free-revving and will also rev faster with an intoxicating speed and exhaust note. Navnish bike felt alot more torquey than a stock R15 when I last rode it. Different behavior altogether.

he he...Yep, mine is the third. Navnish has a 165-cc setup, I have a hi-lift cam setup and Joel has both and more than that too!!

Joel, I think u can point that gun of urs at Navnish now. I changed oil today, stuffed more glass wool and silenced the bike further. Checked the radiator fluid and all and gave a through checkup. I searched all over for the air filter and am still to find them! Buggers here say its ben around a month since they got the air filter spares.....
